As one of the earliest compressor designs, piston compressors are amongst the most versatile and efficient compressors.

Piston compressor's strength

• Because of their basic design, limited number of working parts and straightforward working principle, piston compressors are the best solution when compressed air is needed in harsh conditions.

• Simple maintenance, thanks to easily accessible parts for servicing.

• No need for special treatment (oil separation) nor oil filtering as there is no direct contact with oil.

High reliability and increased lifetime due to limited risk of condensation formation as a result of the piston compressor’s low mass. Piston compressors can operate in a very wide range of working pressures. Maximum working pressure for the Atlas Copco L series is 30 bar.

Automan AF/AC Series
Professional piston compressors

With the Automan range, Atlas Copco has developed a reliable solution for professionals and garages that need a quality air compressor for their daily, non-continuous operations. A wide choice in compressor dimensions, receiver sizes, portability and working pressures is provided to suit every application.

AF AF direct drive series is designed for the professional and semi-professional. It combines reliability and ease-of-use in one compact and lightweight package. AF series is outfitted with features and details that are specially developed to dissipate heat. Direct drive units are available in 2 and 3 hp versions.

AC

AC belt drive series stand for robustness and reliability. They ensure continuous operation in a wide range of applications and only require a minimum of maintenance. Bigger workshops and garages with higher air demands in terms of flow and pressure will benefit most from belt driven compressors. As these units generally operate at lower rpm (rotations per minute), they generate less heat. Belt driven units are available in 2 to 10 hp versions.

Hitachi Compressor

Hitachi offers two types of Compressors Bebicon - oil-free and oil-flooded. Oil-free compressor from us is available from 1.5 Kw to 11Kw, which can be used for both types of Automatic Unloader and Pressure Switch types. Types of oil-flooded compressor available sizes ranging from 0.75 Kw to 15Kw (Automatic Unloader type) and a series of products ranging from 0.75 Kw to 11Kw for the various types of compressor-Pressure Switch. Oil-flooded compressor vertical available from 3.7 Kw to 7.5 Kw.
